Build an amazing storyboard for a 1:15 cartoon animation

We need and expert animator to illustrate the story board for a 75 second cartoon sales video. You must be an animator to accept this job. This is a pre animation stage project and the story board and characters will be used for the next stage when we work together. The script will be provided and the story board should be a frame by frame layout of each spaced out line in the script. (23 fully colored concept frames) Ultimately we are looking for a long term relationship and the quality of this first stage can be looked at as your application. Successful applicants will receive more work from us in the future. Talent is the first thing were looking for but I also want someone who is friendly and easy to communicate with. The price for this first stage project is $50 and the next stage for animation will be $200. Any bids differing from the price, automated/scripted responses, or people looking for a single quick project will be ignored.
