Please provide more details about your template - it can be an e-learning tool dependent (Articulate Storyline etc), presentation based (PowerPoint etc) or something else. The main question is final medium - if you plan a course on your website then there are no practical limitations. For having a course on e-learning portals like Udemy all the SCORM, quizzes and other e-learning activities are basically non-possible or have to use the portal's facilities. This bid thus involves creating PowerPoint slides or Articulate Storyline "story" for your course, with an hour of voice over recorded by the studio mentioned (samples can be provided, male/female US/UK/AUS - they are really the best).
