Hello! I am looking for a developer who can create a buy/sell website for me (only the functions, simple design - since I have a web designer who can design it). The website should have an auction function, where the highest bidder can buy the item and also a "buy now" function. - The seller will set a buyout price and if any one is interested, they can buy the item right away. Money should not be available to the seller until the buyer have clicked "Item received" - to help protect buyers from scammers. Almost like here on Freelancer, where employers click "I am satisfied and would like to release the money". Since this will be an online - game - marketplace (for game accounts) there should be a lot of different categories (i.e The Sims, League of Legends etc).
