Build a website for an IT Support Company

Hello, I'm looking for a website that can provide information on the services, pricing and information about a small local UK IT support company. The website needs to be split, to offer a section for home users and a section for business clients, perhaps similar to this website: [login to view URL] or instead, with a simple prompt at the start of the site "business or home?". I like modern websites, with the ability to show off individual services as well as somewhere to provide testimonials and content. I'm able to maintain a HTML website myself, however if it's going to be more sophisticated then it will need to be built on a CMS platform and be easily maintainable. This website should last for 1 - 2 years. Some other examples of IT support companies where I like the design: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This project isn't urgent, and I have both a domain name and web hosting available and ready for use. I'm not looking to spend too much, as this should be fairly simple to produce. My main concern is that the site needs to be unique, it can contain elements of templates but not be immediately identifiable as the same as another website. I will need all Copyright and rights to the site upon completion.
