Build website and mobile app to compare service prices -- 2

Looking for an experienced developer to create an easy to use web and mobile application (ios/android) that will compare funeral service prices and offer to end user best solution. Basic criteria Location Burial or cremation cost I will get paid from affiliated funeral services I did not find many similar websites but here are a few [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I intend to have a more simplified version as start up capital is limited. Design should be very minimal. Most local businesses don't offer online services or even have a website (so API at first may not be needed). I will carry most of the work manually to gather pricing info about similar services and offer cheapest. I would go for something very simple and minimal since it is a "delicate" issue no fancy features, 2 colors (probably black/white), very few buttons and options. I do not have a big budget as I will try and find sponsors/angel investors later. I will be using the same framework for other services (economies of scale) later such as comparing moving services prices etc. So the application has to be expandable (to use framework later in other services, add API etc.). I would like to have affiliates and 2 levels (MLM). I have already purchased a key for WP affiliate and the MLM plug-in for another web app but will need to extend for more websites unless we can fit another free option. My budget is max 500$ for now. Anything we can do about it to lower it as I would like to include maybe one more service (such as moving companies comparison of prices, according to item size/weight, date and time of service needed). Will expand to web app as well within budget preferably. I will need an example URL of the most similar work you have done (comparing services). One is enough the most representative. Looking for long term relationship as I manage many projects. Will not view many URLs. I need ONE that YOU have done to start discussing details.
