Change the design to stunning, awesome, add new payment processors, SEO

I have an existing website you can check [login to view URL] I need to get a stunning website, the design currently needs to be changed. go over the requirements documents carefully and all points need to be done before payment will be released, also the site is for international clients typically based in North America and Europe and the payment integration needs to be done with them in mind. Also bitcoin support is needed. You need to go over the site yourself and single handedly do it without bothering me or asking me and you need to be ready for rework if I don't like your designs. There are some images too and some are not so good so take similar photos from a stock site and develop them. Also this is the last payment you will recieve and you need to do everything in this and not expect more payments. I will expect I will be good to go. Finally you need to explain how I will manage the orders. The payments integrated need to be such that I can get those payments instantly and not have to depend on third parties for clearance. SO you need to suggest me something. Also if possible I would like to get rid of paypal and manage all payments myself. Finally a couple more requirements may get added down the line, and I expect great work, great service and great communication finally great deliveries.
