Startup company purchased Geodesic Solutions classified ad script (open source) for customization to our B2B business model. Hired firm to write and implement new functionality, hired another firm for graphic work and Smarty development. Under development for 8 months. There remain several unfinished elements involving Smarty template changes and minor database additions. Looking for an individual or company to help complete remaining items and to establish a relationship for future additions and functionality. Skill set MUST INCLUDE familiarity and experience with PHP Smarty Template Engine. Much of the excessive development duration has been due to working with individuals who lack Smarty familiarity. Please do not inquire if you haven't any prior experience working with Smarty.
