Convert Existing 17 pages of website to static bootstrap template (template is ready)

We would like to convert our php non-responsive site to a bootstrap responsive template. There are roughly 17 pages. Mostly just quick content formatting. We have already built out the homepage so you can work off that for the site template and structure. We are using bootstrap with LESS/Gulp . You will be able to "build" directly on our server since gulp is installed. Please make sure to compile this way. You will need to convert all of the following they are exactly the same as the old site: -page permalinks must be the same as the old ones -meta descriptions within content area: -images -alt tags -heading tags -buttons converted to bootstrap buttons The layouts should be similar to the homepage or in bootstrap columns where necessary. Should collapse on phones and tablets like the homepage. This project should be pretty straightforward and doesn't require intense work. Links provided in attached file. Links are all in footer
