Project Scope: Create a website. Copy all content from one site and recreate in new theme on youreastcobbrealtor.com. Change all mention of "name" to Janice Overbeck. The domain will change after completion so all links need to be dynamic. Scope of Work: Copy all pages content, create same site map and page tree and format to fit current theme. Create all IDX searches incl wrappers to match our theme as close as possible to the features of the copied page. We use IDX Broker for our search. Payment Schedule: Final Payment of 50% upon completion of site and changing of domain to ensure full functionality of dynamic links. Final site is Janiceoverbeck.com. Our Theme is http://docs.aethemes.com/search/open+floor+plan They have a great manual on how to implement the theme with slideshows and how to implement the IDX Broker apps and many more ideas and how to's.
