Create/find/adapt illustrations for an e-learning website

We are managing an e-learning platform to learn French. We are looking for a designer/web-designer with whom to build a long term relationship, as there will be continuous requirements over the next months. A person speaking french is a plus. We are publishing this project as a small requirement to test the ability to work with you. The scope is limited on purpose and will expand if it works fine between us. Requirement 1 : As the first step for a french language lesson, we want to organise an interactive session with the user, where some words in french will be shown to the user along a picture to make the user understand their meaning. Then the word alone will be played in french, and the user will have to choose the correct answer. The words/expressions we want to use in this first exercise are listed here below. For each you will need to find/create the corresponding illustration. We would prefer the illustration to be a photo. And if a perfect photo is difficult to create/find in picture databases, then it could be for instance a picture on which you will add an illustration by drawing on top. You don’t have to absolutely create the pictures/illustrations yourself. We encourage you strongly to use existing pictures in image databases like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc... One approach would be to combine a picture and draw a specific required element on top of it. For instance to represent the sentence “I speak French” you could take the picture of any French looking person, and draw on top of it a bubble with the French flag in it. That’s just a suggestion. You will need to use your creativity to come up with the best solution. You will need to find an illustration for the following vocabulary : 1. Tu es Indienne ? [Are you Indian ?] 2. Excusez-moi ! J’habite à Paris [I live in Paris] For instance for this one, I could not find any picture which would depict it perfectly. One approach would be to use a picture like this one : [login to view URL] And then you could add, with a drawing, and Eiffel Tower in the background for instance. Another suggestion would be to have a map of France, and above Paris you draw a little house. 6. Ça va ? [How are you ?] Suggestion : [login to view URL] Requirement 2: For the course content itself, we need pictures/illustrations to illustrate the following situations / sentences / expressions : 1. Hi ! [greeting someone] 2. [people seating around a table at a university canteen] 3. Me, You, He/She 4. He is a student 5. I am a journalist 6. Goodbye 7. Good night 8. See you later 9. Hi what’s up ? [informal] 10. How are you {formal] These are the elements required for the lesson 1, and there is 24 other lessons to work on. We are looking to build on long term relationship with someone who can take care of our illustrations/design requirements. Based on the description of our requirements, I would need your input how we could organise the work to cooperate in the most efficient way. And give me an idea how to organise the cost related to your work. I need a quotation for the cost for each of the requirements, and a short description how you will proceed.
