Design an App Mockup -- 2

My BAD: Once again: I want to request, please do not bid if you are not aware of wireframe or the requirements below. I had a chat with few on here. Sadly, none had an idea about why a wireframe is made. I want to once again request, I am looking for someone who can put in a thought as in why a certain feature/action or a function must be placed at a certain place on screen, how screens are linked, envision sequence of events keeping oneself in users shoes and representation of these in a menu plus as below. I have an android mobile app up and running. But I am not happy with the current UI and over all design. I am looking for someone to help me out with a fresh wire frame, followed by app mock-up and leading to a final design. I have a small team of developers who can work alongside to finally implement the design. I would like to work with someone who is flexible in approach, with professional presentation and highly creative. Someone who is willing to put in a genuine effort of coming up with something great, unique and with a WOW factor. I would strongly suggest to not apply if you want to take up just another task. It is clearly not for you. I like to work with someone who can suggest and recommend, and at the same time gain a good understanding of the product and its functioning/features without too many inputs from my side. To put it directly, I can discuss a good mature idea but I am unable to train or teach. You must be great enough to take lead and present outcomes with minimal supervision and inputs. Since the product is ready, my expectation is that you should be able to understand product requirements in terms of UI and over all design without any hassles. I expect quick, efficient and workable solutions with a very high quality output and work orientation.
