Design A Fitness Shirt

I have a health club. I want to create a very cool shirt trying to impliment the following: 1. I would like an affliction style type of shirt (like they sale in stores / on line). 2. My business name Body by Lee or my business website www.BodybyLee.com. 3. You can incorporate a cross (christianity). 4. You can incorporate some aspects of fitness (weights, barbell, dumbbell, male/female fitness sillouetts). 5. I don't need all of the above implimented. I'm just trying to give you an idea of what I'm looking for. 6. Other things that might help you in a design of a shirt are: the club is open 24 hours, we do body makeovers, personal training, and this is our ten year anniversary. 7. Thank you...
