Design a Logo for a new organization

We need a new logo designed for an organization that we are launching. The name of the organization is Canadian Tamil Economic Forum (CanTEF). The organization's mandate is similar to that of a business Chamber of Commerce. Here are some sample organizations with similar mandate & logo designs..... For added clarity ....including the word CanTEF within the design is a bonus. We'll need the final design in editable file formats once the project is wrapped up.
