Design a Logo from my outlines & ideas

I have a (BAD) outline of a logo. The key points: The ampersand should be a straight line between the two points of the "globe stand" I need a version that is just the globe/ampersand and one with the To / [login to view URL] text. The fonts, line styles and thickness of the logo, etc are up to your discretion though there may be some back and forth. I need four versions. 1. Just the globe/ampersand. 2. Text surrounding like: To Globe/Ampersand [login to view URL] 3. Text alone: [login to view URL] 4. Fav Ico I'll need PSDs and transparent background PNGs I'll need the font files as [login to view URL]
