Design a Website Mockup

We have an application that setups and runs surveys, analyses results and generates reports. We need our results page redesigned. We have tidy, layered psd files of the current page and these can be used as a base for the redesign. Our survey measures 20 drivers which are grouped into 3 elements. There are 7 sections on the page, each displays/summarises part of the survey results. Results can be compared between demographic groups using a dynamic "Demographic Selector" tool. Section 1 - Demographic Filters (collapsed) Section 2 Score per Element (3 Elements) and Driver Scores underneath each Element (20 drivers split into 3 Elements. Display 1 set at a time) Section 3 Demographic Selector (dropdown selection. The selection dictates the information that is shown in the following sections) Section4 - No. of respondents per demographic Section 5 - Top 4 Priority drivers per demographic Section 6 -Driver Score per Demographic Section 7 - Freeform Comments (collapsed with option to expand) There is a lot of information on this page so we need an experienced UX Designer to focus the user's attention and guide them down the page. We need someone who can create a logical and simple user experience and who has experience creating charts and visual diagrams that represent statistical data.
