Design a Website Mockup (Bulgaria based freelancers only!!!)

We are one of the leading cosmetic producers in the world and are currently starting an update of our web presence (1 main web site with 7 sub sites). Web Designer Responsibilities: • Create and design online ads in all formats: Banners (Flash, HTML5), landing pages, mini-sites, websites, mobile sites, email campaigns and other web-based products; • Localize existing banners, landing pages to different languages, formats and sizes; • Uploads the creative content into a campaign-management content catalog; • Participates in the creative process and contributing with ideas; • Research and share trends and developments in web & graphic design for online marketing; • Perform maintenance tasks for ongoing projects (update content, create graphics, etc.); • Work with cross-functional teams and matrix organization structure (marketing associates, visual design, front-end developers and UX). Major Requirements: • 5 + year of experience in web design in an enterprise environment; • Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; • Experience with HTML5 animation (preferably on Google Web Designer); • Understanding of interaction design, layout and typography for web; • Strong time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines; • Excellent English communication skills; • Must provide online portfolio – please, send us five landing pages and five animation banners. Advantages: • Bachelor Degree in Design or related field; • Understanding of basic UX & web/mobile UI concepts; • Experience in web & mobile UIs; • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
