Design a community website

I am looking for a web designer. I would like to get a social networking software mockup. I will tell you exactly what icons and attributes there should be. The style and design should be unique and simply awesome :). Just like I expect you to be! This should just be one page for this project (and maybe a small mobile version). If the quality is as expected, there is a big chance I will rehire you (just like I do with my other top freelancers) for more projects. Please show me similar previous projects you did! Target amount: $70.
