Design simple website according to guidelines

We are looking for a freelancer who will design and build a very simple website but eye-friendly with very nice and catchy look. We already have one website so the proposed design must be applied to the already existing one and basing on it the new one must be created. Both must look almost the same and they work actually the same. We are open for layout modifications. Both websites must comply to smartphone displaying standards without any changes in fonts, shape, etc. The first website (existing one - one-paged): - two advertisements from google adsense - buttons for Facebook like and likes counter; Facebook share and shares counter; Twitter button, - short description - two main buttons that when pressed animate and display randomly chosen sentence The second website (to be created - five-paged): - two advertisements from google adsense - buttons for Facebook like and likes counter; Facebook share and shares counter; Twitter button, - short description - four main buttons that when pressed, animate and transfer the user to another page, which looks the same but there different background, additional short description and there is only one button that when pressed, animate and display randomly chosen sentence (together 4 subpages - all of them enable to go back to the starting page) We expect from freelancer: - preparation of the website code that allows us to put inside our sentences to be randomly chosen - designing nice website look with catchy pictures/images, etc, animations, buttons We already have the serwer and address. General layout of two requested websites presented in the attachment in two pictures. It doesn't need to be done fast but accurate and we reserve the right to request for some corrections if needed.
