Design some Icons

Need one of the two attached pictures turned into an icon and launch screen for use in an Android/iOS application. The icons will need to be in the following sizes 57x57 114x114 120x120 72x72 144x144 76x76 152x152 29x29 58x58 50x50 100x100 40x40 80x80 The launch screen will be of the same image and need to be in the following sizes 320x480 640x960 640x1136 750x1334 1242x2208 1024x768 1024x768 2048x1536 2046x1536 Please provide design work for approval before the final icons and launch screen are completed
