Develop HIGH END front end website only (No back end), CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL! HTML5.

This project is based on another project. We need a studio/individual to design the front end of our website with HIGH QUALITY and complete professionalism. The basic layout and designs are complete we need you to do the CSS of the front page to make it look good. We also need you to code js in order to make moving objects and spinners etc. This all while extremely high quality and professional. A basic template will be designed for you to base this work on, we need a clean, sophisticated feel and look with moving features on our website. The website is intended for gambling with virtual items from the game Counter Strike : Global Offensive. We have a design mock up of how we intend key features to be displayed and where to lay on the site. We just need you to make it look good, clean and professional. It needs to be smooth and extremely functional. You are going to have to work directly with the back end developer in order to have the data sent to the front end of the site accordingly. There will be several moving features that you will need to create with the help of js timing. Such as the winner selector spinner. The feed input of the deposit items and players. A live chat. Notification pop ups. You will also need a few custom/non-custom graphics media where ever fit in order to make the site into the high end front end we expect!
