Digital Jedi Needed for Mobile App (and website) UX, UI, writing technical specs & testing

We are assembling an amazing team with a cutting edge corporate education software program that is being pushed into Fortune 500 companies worldwide. We are committed to making beautiful, gorgeous and intuitive software that people love to use. We are a small company of about 10 and we are growing quickly. There are opportunities to grow as the company expands. We are looking for an up and coming superstar that is passionate about the quality of work they put their name onto, is super detail oriented, is a perfectionist, can work independently, has some design skills, has a creative eye, is good at finding UX & UI improvements on websites and mobile apps, is capable of writing clear step-by-step instructions that website & app developers can use to build new features. I know that is a lot but don’t expect for you to have mastered all of the above skills. We will provide training and support to help you reach a high level of competence & proficiency. Some things you would be doing: - Daily testing to verify new features work according to specifications - Continually studying principles of good UX & UI and continually refining and suggesting improvements in the UX & UI of the software - Daily quality assurance testing of existing websites, apps & features - Writing step-by-step specifications for new features & co-ordinating with developers to bring new features to life Prerequisites You should have at least one iOS device (preferably have access to an Android device as well).
