Display JPEG Image

I need a programmer to finish a routine written in C/C++ that displays a Jpeg image in the upper right hand portion of the screen which is already set to 640x480x256 (Vesa mode 101 hex). The routine is already written, but does not work properly, please respond to me as soon as possible if you want the job. If this is done efficiently and works, there willbe much more work available in the future for the selected programmer. The current state of the routine was written with these parameters: 1) Checks for a command line parameter that has a file name, relative to the current dir 2) If param is not found, displays an error dialog and exits 3) Sets 640x480 res, 8 bit color depth 4) Goes into a loop, polling the file named in cmd line argument 1 (hereafter referred to as the locFile) If the locFile is empty or the file named in the locFile is not found, sleep for 300 milliseconds and retry When the file contains a file name (relative to the current dir, no spaces in the name Attempt to load the named file as a JPG Displays the JPG in the upper right quadrant of the screen with a (72/4) pixel inset from the top and right of the screen Removes the named file (the .jpg file) Replaces the contents of the locFile with an empty string There are two ways to end the process: 1) Kill it - dirty but effective I guess 2) place the single word "QUIT" into the locFile, upon seeing this, the routine exits with a return code of 0 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 Second edition
