I am selling a home and need an artist's rendering of what the kitchen would look like with an island in it. I also need a rendering of the potential layout of a family room with furniture. These will be used in my sales efforts for the home to help buyers imagine the space differently.

I am a visual artist with above 10 yrs of experince and professional training in fine arts. If you are looking for some sketches as you've asked for rendering, I would be happy to do that for you. Can you please help with some clarifications? I've some portraits in my portfolio and can present you some samples if you like. I'd do pen/pencil sketches if that's okay.
