cost-cutter graphics

I'm setting up two new websites offering more than a million branded products in hundreds of categories at wholesale prices, one in the UK and one in the USA. I need two graphics I can put into ads or headers. Each one will have a bold currency symbol outlined in Black, with a coloured fill in Blue. The currency symbols are to be cut in two with a bold pair of scissors, again outlined in Black, with a coloured fill in Red. I want them to be on a transparent background, so I can mount them over any colour or image as I need them. I want the parts of each graphic? to be not quite touching, so that I can go in with a "Paint" type program and change the colour of the fill or the outline in each case, quite easily. The? size of each graphic shall be? 110 by 80 pixels. One graphic will be based on the British Pound Symbol and the other on the US Dollar Symbol. I don't want anything too fussy - keep it simple please? I'm thinking of using the two characters from the **Arial Rounded MT Bold** Font for example? ## Deliverables I will need to have copyright to the two graphics, when handed over?
