A designer with excellent idea of bootstrap 3

Hello, I need designer with excellent knowledge of bootstrap 3 as I want all the components of the site to easily go with standard elements of bootstrap 3 without much custom CSS required to be written ( except colors, animations and few non bs3 elements outside the main content area ), the design will basically target a wedding site so please include some of your work that demonstrates the same. Also I will be very slow with the project development, so nothing to hurry you can keep this project as a part time work and work on with a long deadline but I need a good work at the end. Ideas, your own ideas with great creativity is what I will be looking for. Also please don't loose heart if I take time to award this project as I will review all the bids very closely before awarding, this can take time.
