I will provide a single-page JQM project together with it's third party dependencies. I expect to receive a complete solution that eliminates the jittering of the sticky-headers on top of the scrollable list-view. To recreate the problem, build this project using PhoneGap, download it to your Android-4.0.3 device, install, run and scroll the vertical list. You will see that the [green] sticky headers jitter when they are supposed to be fixed at the top of the scrollable list. Note that this issue is a WebView's fault. It does not happen on other browsers you may be running on your mobile phone. Acceptable solutions may include changes to iScroll and iScrollSticky libs, introduction of other libs, custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
