I need the upper part of my forum to changed to the reference picture below. The forum is a phpbb3 formotion forum. If you're not familiar with forumotion forums there are some restrictions, such as not being able to use php besides some simple commands (specifically given by forumotion). This seems like a relatively simple and fast task, I'm just not experienced enough to do it. Reference pictures: Current forum header: [login to view URL] Forum header type it needs to be changed to: [login to view URL] (this includes being able to insert 4 pictures)
