Hi, what kind of tasks are we talking about? Also, you say you've had bad experience with Indian developers. Are they ones that were working on the code potential freelancer will be working on? Or this is new project? I had bad experiences with agreeing on working on previously made Cake applications. Apparently, some developers use framework - just to misuse it. Anyway, I can lower my bid if tasks are not something that will take a lot of time, and generally, if you plan on working further, maybe you should just ping me on chat here so we see in a fast manner if we're any good one for another. :) Btw I can adjust to your time zone.
