Need code that redirects current web page to a different URL after 60 seconds, while displaying an animated css-only, 5 px wide, 50% transparent grey color, progress line on a layer on top of an existing web page. Progress line needs to be edge-to-edge 100% browser width (with no visual margins), placed at the very top of the web page (with no visual margins), and of course be fully responsive as to work with both small and large screens. This code is to be placed on an existing "temporary closed” maintenance web page, which has all layout and graphics already done.
