Configurable Product in Magento setup

Hi, I need someone who can create a configurable product in Magento. There is the color setting (does not affect the price), quantity (Tier Price), finishing (4 options). Depending on the finishing there is another price, which must be multiplied by the number of pieces. There is a basic price for finishing.
