Correct html code for a Kindle Fire book

Correct html code for a Kindle book to get the TOC and footnotes to link. Book was created in Word 2008 and saved as .htlm file. The TOC does not link to the Chapter Heads and the Chapter Heads do no tlink back to the TOC. All ten chapters have footnotes that were created using cross-reference. The footnote numbers do not link to the footnotes at the bottom of each chapter. This should be a quick fix project. The entire book needs to be tested against Kindle Preview to confirm functionality. Can the bidder convert entire file to a .MOBI format?
