Digital Artists wanted for Children's Books & Merchandise development.

I am looking for a company that can do several activities. From Illustration, Digital colouring in 2D, design and execution of puzzle books, colour already lined work of illustrations already done for children's stories. Creation of some stickers to go onto merchandise such as cups, bags, etc, so Photoshop or similar a necessary skill. This is all for a particular concept for children's books, merchandise leading to the completions of a whole concept for little children up to 6 years old. The company I choose will have to sign agreement of total confidentiality and agree that copyright stays with the creator/client myself. Most illustrations will be simple, some will be of a medium complexity. ** 5 Charactors will have to be created (similar to ones that have already been designed by myself) with different activities and motions, with poses from front, back and sides for when they will be at some stage down the track turned into small collectable dolls. ** Images of the charactors already designed will have to be put onto merchandise like cups, lunchbox's, backpacks, TShirts, Towels. So I would imagine someone who has done such merchandising on photoshop would be important. **There are 3 story books that have already been illustrated but need to be recoloured digitally. (there are more books to come) ** Promo - Using your creativity with this, I am open to suggestions ** Landing Page or small website - with flash animation of one or two charactors. Just the very basics at this time, further development at a later stage ** Banner This is a cute and exciting project, I am looking for a company that can work fast, accept constructive critisism when changes will need to be made, Do not apply if you have not tackled this kind of project with such diversity. Although I would like to give it to individuals, I do'nt think that the work can be completed within a short time therefore I am looking for a team (company rather than individuals) Please forward to me your previous experience, projects and exampples of works done. I am also open to suggestions of things I have not thought of yet to help promote this concept.
