Adult comic illustrator Wanted

I am in the process of beginning a comic book project. This is an ADULT/EROTIC comic book project and any bidders must be willing, able, and comfortable with adult content illustration. Each comic will be between 25-30 pages. I prefer an artist who is capable of providing a complete package (i.e. inking, coloring, lettering, etc.) The initial project will require 2-3 character sketches to develop the characters and a sense of place. The second phase will be the illustration of the comic book itself. Payment will be made in three phases. 25% upon completion of character sketches; 25% upon completion of first 10 pages; 50% upon completion of comic book. I am looking for an artist who can draw in an idealized-realism and/or cell shaded. I am not interested in manga style illustration. The artist does not have to be a professional, but must behave professionally in terms of communication and turn-around time. I am detail oriented and have a particular vision in mind; therefore, the artist should be able to follow directions, understand a comic book script, and willing to make a reasonable amount of corrections. Primary emphasis will be given to the quality of the images submitted rather than the bid per se. Finally, I would note that I would like someone who is interested in eventually making this a long term opportunity with repeat commissions.
