Blogger & Internet Marketer Needed-Craft Business

I'm a fairly new hand crafted business that needs a true professional to create and manage my blog and all postings as well as all internet marketing....incorporate social networking sites (facebook, twitter), etc. Also need press releases created and posted to various online sources. This would be an ongoing month to month project with additional time needed up front to create blog content, etc. I would look for your suggestions on how to generate the most quality traffic and sales.
