Building Affiliate/CPA Team - Leads and Signup Experts

We are building a team of marketing experts that can drive high volume, high quality traffic (USA traffic only) to affiliate offers that require signup for lead conversion. Right now we will be testing the freelancers on small sample projects. Leads have to be delivered at under 50c each, and the lower the better. If you already have a team together, you may be perfect for the project. Successful testing during this project will lead to you being selected for the team and the needs are for extensive volume.
