Bulk Email Marketing on Freelancer own server

Hi, I want you to send approx.1,000,000 emails every month for me, approx 250,000 per week. I will write the email message and give you the email lists to send to. Most are opt in, but not all, so you will need to switch IPs/be whitelisted etc. You will send the email on your server and then report back to me on clicks/opens etc. I have a LOT of work over many months for someone who is hungry for work.
