Copy text out of PDf to word doc - reflow returns

I have a pdf that has some text in it but we need it to get copyed out of pdf and reflowed back in to MS word. we dont need any special formatting or anything. we need headers to be headers and bullets to be bullets etc.. in many cases when pasting from pdf you will have some carraige returns to deal with by removing them and letting the text re-flow. I have 3500 words of text total i need this done for. Its about 1 hour of work
