Help me with Marketing

We have launched our website [login to view URL] and we want to market it. You can read about our service on the website. Our goal is to have over a million base of CVs in the next 3 years. And you are going to help us: 1. Get at least 5K sign-ups to start with 2. Then recruiters, service providers, event organisers to sign-up 3. Build a marketing campaign so we constantly and rapidly build our user base 4. Create and manage social networking and PPC campaigns 4. Define product road map, new functionalities to meet marketing need We want this to be a long term partnership and we require someone/company with solid experience and reference.
