Compile a List of .CZ Sites that Allow User Profiles

I need an experienced web scraper or marketer to compile a list of PR1+ .CZ (Czech) websites (dofollow) that allow profiles to be created (similar to a Paul and Angela list) but for Czech websites. You need to deliver a list of these dofollow sites that allow me to manually create a profile and place a link. I am expecting a minimum of 1000 websites that meet this criteria. When you bid, tell me approximately how many websites you think you can provide on this list. For example, if you think you can give me a list of 10,000 for your bid price, then please send me a PM that says that with your bid. This should be a pretty easy job for someone with Scrapebox or other scraping tool. Our budget for this project is $30.
