Daily Automatic voting by unique ip addresses required

We are requiring a person / company to add votes on a voting website competition that is being held. Each day we require additional votes to be added online ensuring that this contestant makes it to the next level of competition. Each entry must be from a unique IP address, we estimate that between 100 - 200 votes will need to be cast each day for one week. We will provide the voting link and the judging panel access that shows the live rankings and percentage of votes required to win.
