AD POSTER - $3000 per month

This is a very volume project so I need the lowest price. I need 600 ads posted per day in FOR SALE and SERVICE section such as barter in 100 of the largest cities , los angeles, las vegas, etc... so 600 ads * 30 days * 0.20 per ad = $3600 per month. We will be paying $3600 every month for 1 year. Do not bid if you cannot post ads at 0.20 per ad and cannot make them LIVE. Do not bid if you cannot post ads at 0.20 per ad and cannot make them LIVE.
