Custom email campaign template

Hello, I am in need of an email template customized to our brand and delivered by the end of today. The email template is an announcement of our new web site and should focus on e-commerce buyers. The content can be provided. We are looking for creative, yet simple. Obviously in a bit of rush here and would appreciate fast bids and only those who can work on the project immediately.
