Be my investment broker

I work for a financial services company that offers a very high end investment product. Though the product is sophisticated, it is a very flexible investment vehicle that can be utilized by different kinds of investors. I am looking for an efficient salesman who could connect the right clientele to our investment. This person can work whenever, wherever, and however they want, as long as he can provide a steady stream prospective investors. I would prefer that my broker be comfortable in using finance terms and have/can be taught basic knowledge of world economics. This is not a hard requirement. Compensation will depend on the conversion rate of his prospects into actual clients and the size of the investment his clients make. The broker will receive as payment a majority of the transaction fee paid for by client. Therefore, earning potential of the broker depends largely on the quality and quantity of the client base built by him.
