Hello there, Before going to bed last night, I heard my neighbor's baby crying. I thought it would keep me up at night but I fell asleep right away and had this strange dream. I was inside my mother's womb and I was using her belly button to see what the outside world looks like. I felt so empowered and safe inside my mother's belly. I felt her love. However, when my mom lays asleep at night, I could see my father's glaring eyes staring at me. "He couldn't see me, could he?" I thought. I looked at him and saw cold, grey eyes that made me shiver. His chiseled face looked worn out. He wore an expression of exasperation. One night, his calloused hand reached for me and when he touched my mother's growing belly, I felt a searing pain in my heart. I tried to back away from him. His touch slowly transformed from unwanted caressing into warm and sincere affection. He brought his lips to my mother's belly and whispered, "I will still love and provide for you like you were my own." I recoiled in my mother's womb. I brought my tiny, undeveloped legs towards my chest and wept for my fate that awaits me when I finally debut in the harsh world. ---That is a sample of my writing and a real dream I had last night.
