This application needs a quick start asap. Need to find the handset related info in which android apk is running like signal strength, tower info, SNR, etc I also have the code to begin with so we can work hourly as well. Please give ur hourly rate as well and approx time to finish this app. This is phase 1 to detect and display the info. Phase 2 is more challenging involving graphs and analysing.
