Dell Java Page refresher

I am looking for a program that will refresh a webpage multiple times per second, ([login to view URL];cs=22&l=en&s=dfh) Then if a item is within a certain price, add it to my shopping cart. The problem we have is the variables to keep the price and chosen specifications will refresh when you refresh the page.
