Carpool system

I require a coder to develop a java program that can track cars which have been taken from a car pool. I will require the coder to create a related group of classes for the application. Data must be able to be saved and retrieved from the application. I will also require a gui to front the application A skeleton copy of the program will be required, it really is just filling in the blanks.
