Create 2 very simple minecraft mods -- 2

I need someone to create two really simple mods for minecraft. The first needs to add a poising effect when world generates, similar to the poison effect in mystcraft when there is page conflicts. The second is a simple mod that gives an item ever in game morning to the player, would be nice to have a config file to change the quantity and maybe even item ID that is given to the player, etc. the map I'm working on is a skyblock map so I am using Ex Nihilo and YUNoMakeGoodMap mods for world generation. So the poison effect would need to play nice with these. Finally I want the rain to stop the poison effect, meaning if it's raining players can safely travel outside. Again for this I am using the Itsrainingfood mod so this feature would need to work well with this :) I can provide more details if needed. Thanks
