barcode reader using Zxing on classic asp

I am looking for a developer to create a proof of concept classic asp page that will use Zxing to capture a barcode and pass that data back to the web page. Page cannot be refreshed during that process. The page must include a form field named "frmFullName", and another form field named (frmCode) that will hold the value of the barcode and a submit button. When that page is submitted it shall pass all the data the "frmFullName" and the (frmCode) barcode data to the new page. Developer shall create two versions, one for android smart phones and another for iPhones. All code shall be generously commented and cleanly written to allow further development of pages by other developers. The pages may only be accessible via web browser via a smartphone. No page reloading & no phonegap plugin is acceptable. May only use javasacript, html and classic asp. info on Zxing = [login to view URL] This is a clasic asp project.
