CSS MENU for Worpress 3.4

Looking for a programmer that can create the css for a menu that we need for a wordpress site. We only need the css, html for the menu we will implement on the wordpress. We need this done today within 3 hours, please only bid on the project if you will be able to comply. Requirement: • Able to Speak, Write & understand English correctly. • Will complete project within the time frame needed. • Must be cross browser compatible.
